Let's learn about me a little bit! Hi, My name is Janae I started my fitness journey like most people confused, nervous, embarrassed, all the things. I had been in a gym before because I did cheer so we worked out together as a team but I had never been to the gym by myself before. In September 2020, in my college dorm room, I made the decision to start my fitness journey at my college rec center on campus. Fast forward to 2023, I am a certified personal trainer for 2 years now, I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, I have worked with many different types of clients, and my love for fitness just continues to grow and my love to share fitness with people continues to grow! I know what it feels like to walk in the gym for the first time and get overwhelmed, let me help you not feel that way and become more confident in the gym!!
